Seeking a Support Professional to Enhance Victim Recognition Services
This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team in the public sector.
The role involves drafting statements that acknowledge and affirm the experience of victims and coordinating meetings to recognize their contributions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing victim recognition statements from a trauma-informed perspective
- Assessing victim needs to coordinate complex recognition meetings
- Engaging with stakeholders to deliver recognition meetings
As a support professional, you will work closely with victims and stakeholders to develop personalized recognition statements and facilitate meaningful recognition meetings. This requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
