We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at WorkFocus, a leading provider of wellness and work services in Australia.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals overcome mental health barriers and achieve their goals in life and work. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying return-to-work strategies and designing programs that support injured employees in returning to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and review evidence-based programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
  • Provide specialist mental injury case management and intervention on primary or secondary psychological claims
  • Drive achievement of recovery and return-to-work goals through intense, evidence-based intervention
  • Undertake assessments relevant to mental injury, including worksite and vocational evaluations
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and agents to provide best-practice psychological intervention and RTW support for mental injury

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Australian-recognized degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Appropriate professional registration
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
