Our organization is seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team.

This role involves overseeing daily operations and contributing to a collaborative work environment through open communication and participation in regular staff meetings.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable to changing circumstances, client-focused, and committed to social justice and inclusion.

They must also possess high standards of personal integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to deliver high-quality services, working collaboratively with health professionals and other agencies, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will promote and represent our organization to external agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, disability, marketing, allied health, or a related field.
  • Proven prior experience in the role, preferably with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity.
