About Our Client Services Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, connecting with clients by phone, and processing invoices and reimbursements in line with our high standards.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration, customer service or call centers, proven relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and multitask.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting disability service providers, working proactively with providers to resolve client queries, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong desire to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders. You will also have access to ongoing training, support, and guidance, as well as a monthly reward and recognition program.

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Relationships team, reporting to the Team Manager. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will have previous experience in administration, customer service, or call centers, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong desire to exceed targets and thrive in a structured environment.
