Key Responsibilities:- Establish a strong leadership presence and build a productive community, guiding senior stakeholders and business partners to achieve success.
- Develop deep expertise in product ownership practices, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and customer-centric delivery methods.
- Exceptional ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and drive strategic alignment.
- Hands-on experience as a product owner or similar role, with at least 3 years of expertise in product ownership practices.
- Certified training in agile methodologies, such as certified scrum product owner (CSPO), safe product owner/product manager (PO/PM).
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing product owners, either through direct reports or informal community leadership.
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and customer needs within the financial services sector.
- Mentor and coach product owners to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and strategic goals.
