About Us:

Our partner manages and operates water infrastructure for irrigation, water supply, and environmental purposes.

The Role:

As a customer services specialist, you will ensure processes and systems relating to customer services, accounts/billing, and other transactional services are maintained and delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can provide end-to-end customer support services, answer general inquiries from the public, customers, and staff, and resolve customer contract grievances and concerns;

Perform transactional services in relation to property transfers, processes, and workflows and the maintenance of standard customer contracts;

Demonstrate initiative in improving processes and systems relating to the provision of customer services, accounting services, and billing;

Contribute positively to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Service team to achieve team goals and KPIs; and

Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster for emergencies.

What We Are Looking For:

Able to develop business strategies aimed at minimising operational impacts of business operations;
Customer service experience in a relevant utility organisation;
Well-developed experience and expertise in customer service;
Solid knowledge of and experience in managing customer-related business processes including billing systems and online customer service systems relating to complex customer transactions;
A high level of attention to detail; and

A high-level computer literacy and ability to use online information systems.
