- Oversee policy on Commonwealth War Graves Commission work regarding war dead from two world wars.
- Promote post-war commemoration programs.
- Enable official commemoration services.
- Manage Service emblem use on private commemorations.
- Provide information services on official commemorations within Australia and overseas.
- Develop new policy proposals.
- Implement change.
- Manage relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external networks.
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience. They should be able to work with at-risk clients and manage challenging behaviors.
