About the Role:

- Lead the development of new styles and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and sales
- Analyze market data and trends to inform buying decisions
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate deals
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide monthly reports on sales and trend analysis

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience as a Buyer in fast fashion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
