Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our luxury hotel.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Luxury Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of ambassadors who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ambassadors to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Drive sales by providing training and coaching to the team on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that service times are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in Food and Beverage areas.
  • Represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure that all staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and experienced leader with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
