Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

As a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our global workforce. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that align with business objectives
• Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual classrooms
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality content that addresses specific skill gaps and knowledge areas
• Analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
• Proficiency in instructional design and delivery, with experience in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Ability to think critically and creatively, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
