Energy Transition Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our energy transition initiatives in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a global team, supporting business growth in the Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) and Hydrogen space.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy for CCUS and Hydrogen, in conjunction with Team Leaders and other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of a business plan for CCUS and Hydrogen;
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop relationships;
  • Providing market insights and analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver results and meet deadlines.

This role offers a unique chance to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to Aon's success in the energy transition space.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience or knowledge in advising and consulting with clients in all aspects of Carbon Capture and Hydrogen;
  • Project management skills, working to deadlines and delivering results;
  • Able to support the development and implementation of an effective Business Plan;
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
