Senior Occupational Therapist Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients across the lifespan, leading and supporting therapists in diverse clinical caseloads, contributing to the design and implementation of our graduate program, and providing leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior clinician to take on a new challenge, utilize their expertise and experience to make a significant impact, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
About the Role:
- Lead and support therapists in diverse clinical caseloads
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our graduate program
- Provide leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team
- Deliver complex Occupational Therapy assessments, evaluations, and develop individualised care plans for children and/or adults with diverse needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with families, health professionals, and service providers to coordinate holistic care approaches to interventions
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience working as a senior clinician
- AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan
- Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA, and DHS funding
