Advertising Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the campaign execution workflow and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.

  • Collaborate with agency sales partners to understand client goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with agency sales partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance.
  • Develop media plans and contribute to RFP responses concerning campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings and work with clients to gather campaign launch assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets.
  • Work closely with ad operations to ensure flawless order implementation and resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee the delivery performance of ad campaigns and collaborate with clients on necessary optimization tactics.
  • Provide clients with campaign performance reports, including post-campaign wrap reports.
  • Manage campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent future issues.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in agency account management and/or advertisement operations functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience with sales operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including direct IO, programmatic guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
