Job Title: Wholesale Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Wholesale Customer Experience Agent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in data entry and problem-solving.

As a Wholesale Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers and will play a key role in ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via Zendesk and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to keep our customers satisfied.
  • Identify and escalate support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Be adaptable to multiple brands and wholesale businesses/accounts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or data entry role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and typing speed over 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
