Job Opportunity

The Contracts Administrator will be instrumental in delivering large-scale projects, playing a pivotal role in our team. This self-motivated individual will manage tender documentation, subcontractors, and claim support to ensure seamless project execution.

This position is ideal for those with experience in commercial and contractual risk management, as well as procurement and management of major subcontract packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules with precision.
  • Assist with progress claims and external variations to maintain project timelines.
  • Negotiate and finalise subcontracts with attention to detail.
  • Track project expenditures, including subcontractor claims.
  • Submit accurate and timely monthly project reports.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field and significant experience in fit-out and refurbishment delivery.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator, with a proven track record in commercial and contractual risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement and management of major subcontract packages for large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Clear, articulate communication to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in delivering commercial projects across regional areas.
  • A sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
