Justice Support Officer
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria provides justice services to the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
We determine in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. Our goal is to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, staff, and external agencies
- Provide administrative support duties in a front counter reception setting
- Assist with database entry, records management, and referral management
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Work within a team environment to achieve shared goals
