Job Summary:

The Site Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with site installation teams to guarantee that work is executed safely and in accordance with quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site installation teams to ensure all work is carried out safely, as per quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing are performed in line with the Quality Plan and assist with inspections according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs); coordinate tests with specialized service providers.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement the site quality plan aligned with the contract and organizational policies; promote a commitment to quality within the site team.
  • Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in QA/QC and certification as per quality standards.
  • Qualifications in welding inspection (e.g., AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP or similar).
  • Previous experience in a senior or management-level position.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Experience in hydro power plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector.
