Job Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced developer to join our Data, Integrations & Analytics Team as the Data & Systems Developer. This role is critical in supporting teams to connect and deliver better health access and outcomes for regional, rural, and remote communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously improving data integration between existing commercial systems and supporting the development of specialized end-user operations applications across all operational and support teams.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, testers, product owners, and analysts in an Agile environment to contribute to solution development.
- Develop real-time and polling interfaces between systems and the RFDS Data Lake using various integration techniques.
- Support DevOps practices, including CI / CD processes and tools.
- Assess, diagnose, and resolve incidents according to procedures.
- Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved incidents.
- Facilitate recovery following incident resolution.
- Document and close resolved incidents.
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve system, process, and service problems, and assist with implementing remedies and preventative measures.
