Marketing and Communications Role

Job Description

ClearCompany is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of the APAC marketing and communications team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing ClearCompany's brand presence and engagement across the region.

Your primary responsibilities will include advising and collaborating on event planning and execution from concept to completion. You will also manage conference sponsorships and industry memberships, ensuring ROI and strategic alignment. Additionally, you will partner with subject matter experts to secure speaking opportunities and develop content and social media plans that elevate ClearCompany's reputation.

You will be responsible for developing regional content, including project case studies, award submissions, and social media announcements. Your expertise will also be leveraged to collaborate on strategic initiatives and APAC campaigns. Furthermore, you will support internal communications for project and people stories, acting as a brand ambassador to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with ClearCompany's brand guidelines and writing style.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills are essential. Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, with proven expertise in event management and sponsorships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
