The Digital Ambassador and Creative Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth through strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Their primary objective is to foster impactful collaborations that amplify brand reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive strategy for influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and partner with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand presence and engagement.
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and track performance to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and NCAC to inform creative decisions and drive actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing influencer marketing budgets and strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Paid Social teams and proficiency in performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, and other engagement metrics.
  • Strong creative and visual skills, with expertise in planning, shooting, and editing content for digital platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Passion for storytelling and building relationships with influencers and content creators to promote brand values authentically.
