About the Role

  • Support medication delivery and administration according to care plans
  • Assist with mobility and promote physical activity
  • Maintain accurate health documentation and records
  • Encourage social participation and engagement among residents
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Adhere to established health and safety protocols
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • An unwavering passion for delivering world-class care
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Standards
