Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Bupa Seaforth. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for supervising carers, providing education and training, and contributing to the overall quality improvement initiatives within the facility.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to industry standards and regulations
  • Supervise and support carers in their roles
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team will be essential in ensuring the success of our facility.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
