Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure their success and growth.
  • Collaborate with other experts to drive the best outcomes and deliver scalable solutions that drive customer and business value while aligning to risk-management principles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Marketing/Communications automation experience, ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with financial services data and a deep understanding of journeys and automation design.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with other experts.
  • Experience with SQL, AMP script, and HTML.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
