Our client in the Federal Government sector is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Testing Manager to be based in Sydney. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise.
- Lead data-focused testing efforts with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a test leadership or coordination capacity.
- Develop and execute SQL-based testing strategies for data pipelines and transformations, leveraging expertise in modern data architectures.
- Manage complex data migration projects involving cloud-based platforms like Databricks, ensuring seamless execution.
- Oversee testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups, fostering effective collaboration.
- Drive business value by identifying and prioritizing testing requirements.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes and Delta Lake.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing testing teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
