Senior Data Testing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Testing Manager to spearhead our data-focused testing efforts in Sydney.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in data-focused testing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination capacity.
- Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations is essential.
- A proven track record in data migration projects, preferably involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- A solid understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes and Delta Lake.
- Experience managing testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading testing efforts and a proven ability to manage complex data projects.
