This team works on a range of land development, infrastructure, and strategic planning projects across New South Wales. Successful candidates will be developed professionally and personally, with opportunities to forge a challenging and rewarding career path in a successful consultancy.

  1. Demonstrate high proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing, with comprehensive knowledge of NSW urban planning and environmental legislation.
  2. Act as project manager with planning, programming, and coordination of projects to ensure project outputs meet or exceed agreed goals.
  3. Develop project plans and strategies for the completion of major projects, including identification of business resource requirements.
  4. Manage or assist with preparation of strategies, reports, environmental impact assessments, and other planning documentation and submissions on behalf of clients.
  5. Undertake technical and quality reviews of documentation prepared by the planning team to ensure that documentation and service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
  6. Lead and assist with preparation of tender documentation.
  7. Foster client relationships and identify business opportunities.
  8. Grow, develop, and mentor junior staff.
