F&B Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team with expertise in food safety and guest interaction.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in the F&B industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing team with knowledge in food safety and guest interaction.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and the team is motivated and target driven.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Accuracy during purchases and transactions.
    • Creating rosters within budget constraints.
    • Daily cleaning and organizational tasks.
    • Leading team engagement and training initiatives.
    • Carrying out Duty Manager shifts.
About You

To succeed, you'll have demonstrated supervisory experience in food and beverage, with excellent customer service skills.

You'll be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, and have flexibility with availability, particularly over weekends and public holidays.

A natural team leader with a confident, assertive but approachable personality, you'll build rapport across the organization.

Strong commercial acumen with effective budget management and forecasting abilities is highly desirable.
