Nighttime Care Professional Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families through regular communication, education, and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided

Requirements:

  • Nursing Registration with AHPRA (essential)
  • 2+ years' experience in residential aged care (highly regarded)
