We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations, ensure smooth service, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the bar area during evening shifts
  • Preparing and serving beverages according to quality standards
  • Managing and coordinating evening staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Training new bar staff and providing ongoing training to existing staff
  • Monitoring and managing cash handling procedures and bar transactions
  • Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a bar setting
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Some barista experience
  • Strong knowledge of various beverages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills include knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures, as well as experience in creating and implementing bar promotions and specials.
