eCommerce Strategist

Are you a fashion enthusiast with a passion for driving digital growth? We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Strategist to lead our online store to new heights.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and shape the future of luxury e-commerce. As an eCommerce Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost revenue, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee Shopify performance, user experience, site speed, product merchandising, and on-site content.
  • Build and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, email (Klaviyo), and SEO.
  • Design and deliver personalized customer journeys, premium packaging, loyalty programs, and VIP moments.
  • Analyze key performance indicators in Google Analytics 4 and make data-driven decisions.
  • Mentor e-commerce/fulfillment staff and lead the future team as the channel scales.

  • Have a proven track record of growing e-commerce channels in the fashion/luxury/retail sector.
  • Are hands-on with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Combine creative taste with commercial acumen to deliver beautiful and converting campaigns.
  • Bring practical experience in paid media, lifecycle/email, and on-site optimization.
  • Have leadership experience and ambition to build a high-performing team.
