Job Title: Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and empower their team, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

The Clinical Team Lead will be responsible for providing operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management, and coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based. They will also be accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management
  • Coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based
  • Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family-centred care in a team-focused environment
  • Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to your team
  • Be accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources
  • Undertake direct patient care, as required
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with a wide range of diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge base in labour management
  • Understand the requirements of private health funding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care
  • High degree of computer literacy including MS office and various databases
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
