The Role

This varied role offers people leadership, client engagement, and day-to-day clinic administration. As a Manager, you will support staff members in their clinic, ensuring their well-being, productivity, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 20+ staff members, performing regular check-ins and one-on-ones.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve staff engagement and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
