Do you have a passion for working with our older generation?
We are looking for an experienced Clinician to provide leadership and to support our clinical team to develop and grow our Home Care Package business within the Gold Coast region.
**Your Role**
You'll be responsible for providing leadership to a dedicated team of health care professionals in the planning, managing and leading clinical care across a range of programs. You'll also play a key role in co-ordinating and championing Ozcare's multi-disciplinary team approach to support effective care of our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency in governance and compliance, while driving a high standard of care.
As a Clinical Lead you will:
- Lead and manage clinical staff from multiple disciplines to deliver the highest standard of care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies
- Provide clinical oversight, expertise, and support to staff
- Drive the delivery of top-tier clinical services, integrating best practice while adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and outcomes contributing to continuous improvement whilst maintaining clinical standards
- Engage in quality assurance activities and lead service improvements through evidence-based interventions and care initiatives
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Care Managers to ensure service growth
- Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Liaise with clients, families, and health care professionals as part of a comprehensive care model
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, whilst assisting clients in meeting their unique needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate care services to continuously improve quality and efficiency

**For Success you need to**:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines
- Hold a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration
- Have a minimum of 5 years post-qualifying practice experience in the implementation of person-centred care within a community, aged care or disability setting
- Have demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership, mentoring and coaching with experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision
- Show demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and work effectively with a broad range of people
- Provide proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
- Provide a current Police Screening Certificate
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Supply a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Hold a current Queensland driver's licence
