We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Cohealth, a leading community health organization. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality community-based outpatient physiotherapy services to individuals and groups within our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to clients in an individual and group setting, adhering to evidence-based practice and agreed targets.
- Develop and implement health education and promotion programs to maximize good health and prevent illness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services that cater to the needs of marginalized communities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
