Physiotherapist - Community Health

We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne, working in a community-based setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing quality services to clients in their homes and within community networks.
You will work closely with our community team, including plan and support managers and therapists, to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will also involve observing clients perform certain activities to evaluate their condition and needs, and liaising with NDIS service providers.
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. You will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities- Provide quality services to clients in their homes and within community networks
- Work closely with the community team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Observe clients perform certain activities to evaluate their condition and needs
- Liaise with NDIS service providers
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience
- AHPRA registration
- Patient, service-orientated and a 'people person'
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
- Current drivers licence
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
