Physiotherapist - Community Health Specialist

We are partnering with a values-driven community allied health provider to find a skilled Physiotherapist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible environment, providing comprehensive care to participants with various diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform home modifications assessments to ensure safe and accessible environments for clients
- Deliver therapy services in diverse environments, including clients' homes and community settings
- Assist clients with movement, pain management, and rehabilitation to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working as a community physiotherapist with clients funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
