Physiotherapist - Community Health Specialist

The Physiotherapist will provide high-quality community-based outpatient physiotherapy services to individuals and groups within our community. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and ability to treat both acute and chronic conditions according to evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in an individual and group setting in accordance with agreed targets
- Provide a high-quality and flexible physiotherapy service to clients from marginalized backgrounds
- Contribute to and participate in health education and promotion programs aimed at maximizing good health and preventing illness

- Understanding of the principles of chronic disease management
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the principles of community health
- Substantial experience as a physiotherapist in a community health environment and/or demonstrated experience working with marginalized communities and from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
