Job DescriptionThe Addiction Treatment Specialist will work with clients who are struggling with addiction, providing them with comprehensive support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' addiction needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy programs to support clients in overcoming addiction.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment programs and protocols.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:
