Job Description

Job Title: Platform Owner - ServiceNow

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Owner to lead our ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform is stable, secure, and meets the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ServiceNow platform team to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the platform's performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage the platform's technical debt and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ServiceNow.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving platform performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in ServiceNow and related technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
