About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Concierge to join our team. As the face of our client's building, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to tenants, and delivering an outstanding end-user experience.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

As an Executive Concierge, you will work closely with the building management team, assisting tenants with bookings & reservations, local information, liaising with retailers, and assisting with events and store orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to tenants
  • Deliver an outstanding end-user experience, exceeding tenant expectations
  • Assist tenants with bookings & reservations, local information, and other requests
  • Liaise with retailers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with events, store orders, and other activities as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a face-to-face customer service role, preferably in a concierge or similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in spoken English, with multilingualism being an advantage
