Business & Markets Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business and Markets Coordinator to support our business function.

  • Coordinate business and market activities, supporting key leaders with admin, meeting management, reporting, and streamlined processes.
  • Act as the central contact for market and client engagement initiatives, collaborating with teams across functions and geographies.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of external events, internal communications, and leadership updates in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Champion CRM best practices—ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and advocating for its use across client engagement activities.
  • Provide hands-on support to the Managed Client Program including workshops, client meetings, and contact management.

We seek an experienced Business and Markets Coordinator who has a strong background in supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional services environment. The successful candidate will have excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, a strategic solution-focused mindset, and a proactive can-do attitude. They will also be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and collaborative tools like Teams and PowerBI.
