Development Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a commercially minded and strategically capable marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing for new development projects from insight-driven planning to campaign execution and performance measurement.
This role will be responsible for developing integrated campaigns that drive sales volume, speed and price outcomes. The ideal candidate will design and implement campaigns across media, digital, creative, CRM and content.
Key performance indicators will be monitored and managed using data and insights to refine strategy and maximise return on investment. Collaboration with key stakeholders including Development, Sales and external agencies is essential to ensure alignment of project and customer goals.
The successful candidate will apply local market intelligence and customer insights to create compelling go-to-market plans tailored to each community.
A minimum of five years experience in marketing ideally within retirement living, residential property, project marketing or masterplanned communities is required. Proven ability to plan and deliver successful campaigns across multiple channels is essential.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes is necessary, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A growth mindset and passion for delivering customer-led solutions are also required.
