Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Advisory
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our corporate tax advisory team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members, and fostering a positive team culture that promotes high performance and collaboration.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of taxation, with experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members, promoting their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their taxation needs and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- CA qualification or equivalent.
- Postgraduate studies (e.g., Tax Masters) with technical knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting.
- Detailed knowledge and experience with taxation laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
