Overview

HR Coordinator role at Baseline Onsite. This part-time position is approximately 22.5 hours per week and is based at the Greenhill Road location in Eastwood, Adelaide, South Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and staff, including end-to-end recruitment and drafting contracts.
  • Answer HR queries, support training and development, and assist with reporting and compliance.
  • Advise on industrial instruments and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Work under the guidance of an HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner with opportunities to develop HR skills in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or administration with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and professional conduct when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
