Job Title: Program Operations Coordinator The Centre of Excellence is responsible for modernising the delivery of election and roll management services. We are seeking a skilled Program Support Officer to support our team in conducting human resource, forecasting, budget, and talent acquisition activities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sources the correct talent at the right time throughout the lifespan of the Indigo Program.
  • Undertakes a range of activities to support the effective functioning of the Centre of Excellence within the Indigo Program.
  • Develops and prepares high-quality documentation.
  • Maintains excellent relationship management skills.
 Requirements:
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong analysis and investigative skills.
