Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Our organisation seeks a professional to oversee and grow the environmental rental category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development: Identify existing and new markets, engage with suppliers, and propose a market strategy to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Market Retention: Foster relationships with top customers to ensure ongoing service and assistance, working with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Category Management: Participate in weekly Category Managers meetings, identifying genuine market opportunities and preparing go-to-market strategy proposals & execution plans.
  • Business Development Planning: Present a dynamic Annual Plan to senior management, identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase market share.
Requirements:
  • An empathetic, authentic, adaptable, disciplined, curious and humble personality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the construction sector as an Environmental Officer or as an Environmental Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislations and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A current Australian Driving Licence.

Nice to have:

  • Relevant industry experience in Environmental Test and Measurement equipment or a specialised interest in any of our key categories.
