About the Role">

The Senior Training Facilitator will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our employees. This will include:

  • Delivering training sessions to groups of employees;">
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement;">
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.">

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and facilitation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in their approach to meeting the changing needs of the organization.

  • Tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Training and Development or related field;">
  • Significant experience in training and facilitation;">

Salary

$110,788 - $129,928 per annum (plus superannuation).
