As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our guest services team. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless processes and outstanding results across all aspects of front-facing functions.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our leadership team as a Guest Services Manager. You will be accountable for managing a team of Reservations Managers and Coordinators, overseeing booking systems and event scheduling with precision, and operating critical software such as SevenRooms and Tripleseat.

Your role will also involve responding to and resolving escalated guest feedback or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting performance expectations, conducting regular check-ins, and managing rosters to ensure optimal coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Reservations Managers and Coordinators
  • Oversee booking systems and event scheduling with precision
  • Operate SevenRooms (essential) and Tripleseat (preferred)
  • Respond to and resolve escalated guest feedback or complaints
  • Set performance expectations and manage rosters
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a true passion for the hospitality industry, combined with proven ability to lead teams and foster engagement. A comprehensive understanding of reservations, events, and administration is essential, as well as mastery of SevenRooms and familiarity with Tripleseat.

You will also need to demonstrate a strong organisational approach with meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm for people-focused work, and a love of creating memorable moments for our guests.
