We're seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be responsible for operating a range of plant and equipment, including excavators, road rollers, skid steers, backhoes, and mini excavators. Your expertise will help us achieve construction tolerance for local authority works and ensure the safe operation of our assets.

The ideal candidate will have current HC Drivers Licence, experience in operating heavy equipment, and certificates of competency for the types and classes of plant utilised in this position. You'll also possess a Year 10 Certificate or proficient literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to create effective working relationships and prioritise tasks to achieve set outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll enjoy up to 5 weeks annual leave, 14 weeks paid parental leave, and a comprehensive benefits package, including superannuation, salary sacrifice opportunities, and learning and development programs.
