Job Description

**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist - Melbourne

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Percepta LLC in Melbourne. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers to address sales, product knowledge, service issues, and dealer information.
  • Assist customers with vehicle knowledge and availability, local promotions, and product specifications.
  • Responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Exhibit strong follow-up and organizational skills, in both verbal and written communication.
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues using all available resources, including dealers, service personnel, subject matter experts, leadership, and field service engineers.
  • Document customer inquiries and concerns, and follow up with customers and dealers as committed.
  • Participate in business-related marketing and sales projects, and provide feedback to management for continued and improved performance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Relations Contact Center, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field.
  • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) a plus.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of trust and integrity.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs.
  • Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to listen to customers and exercise good service and business judgment.
  • Excellent English language, oral and written, with grammatical knowledge and etiquette.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, and display professionalism in demeanor, language, and appearance.

Working Environment:

  • Call center environment.
  • Must be able to interact with all internal and external departments and contacts.
  • Must represent Percepta LLC professionally with all customers and external organizations and contacts.
